Céline Dion showed her love for heavy metal during Metallica’s concert at the Sphere in Las Vegas on November 5, 2026.
In a fan-recorded video shared online, the Canadian singer was seen enthusiastically playing air bass from a suite while Metallica’s Robert Trujillo and Kirk Hammett performed their instrumental segment, known as the Kirk and Rob Doodle.
Dion appeared to enjoy every moment, adding an unexpected celebrity highlight to the band’s Las Vegas residency.
She wasn’t the only familiar face in attendance. Guns N’ Roses guitarist Slash and members of No Doubt were also spotted at the concert.
Dion’s appreciation for Metallica isn’t entirely new. Earlier in 2026, she included the band’s song Until It Sleeps on a personal playlist and shared that her son Eddy is a fan of the group.
The appearance follows Dion’s return to live performances in September 2026 after dealing with stiff-person syndrome, a rare neurological condition.
