A new independent label has entered the market through a joint venture between Create Music Group and the longtime manager of R&B singer Xania Monet.
The launch was confirmed as part of Create Music Group’s ongoing strategy to partner directly with managers and entrepreneurs who are building artist-first businesses. The new label is positioned as a full-service operation, offering distribution, marketing support, and backend infrastructure while allowing its leadership to shape creative direction and artist development.
The manager behind the venture has worked closely with Xania Monet throughout her career and is using that experience as the foundation for the label’s approach. The goal is to support emerging acts with hands-on guidance, long-term planning, and flexible deal structures, rather than focusing on quick releases or short-term gains.
