Season 5’s performance represents a 171% increase from Season 4’s 2022 premiere, which garnered 287 million hours watched or roughly 22 million views over three days. The new season also achieved another milestone last week when all four previous Stranger Things seasons appeared simultaneously on Netflix’s Top 10 chart, a first for any series. Netflix released only the first four episodes last week, with three more episodes premiering Christmas Day and the finale airing New Year’s Eve.
