The TV personality was found unconscious at her Brooklyn, New York home on Tuesday morning and was pronounced dead upon the arrival of EMS. The cause of death remains undisclosed, and an investigation is ongoing. Burrell’s family described her as a “beloved wife, sister, daughter, stepmother, and friend,” whose “smile lit up every room she entered.” The culinary icon’s death has been mourned by the Food Network, who praised her as a “remarkable person and culinary talent.” Prior to her passing, Burrell had appeared healthy and happy in a recent social media post.
