The Darkness have revealed a 2025 North American tour in support of their latest album, Dreams on Toast. The tour is divided into two legs, with the first part starting on August 29th in Pryor, Oklahoma, and finishing on September 21st in Cleveland, Ohio. After a month-long break, the UK rockers will launch the second leg on November 7th in Houston and conclude the tour on November 22nd in Denver. Select pre-sale tickets will be available Wednesday (April 16th) and general sales begin on Friday (April 18th) at 10 a.m. The band’s eighth studio album, Dreams on Toast, was released in late March, and delves into pop sensibilities and glam rock influences while paying tribute to the music of the ’70s. The Darkness also recently marked the 30th anniversary of their landmark album, Permission to Land, by releasing an expanded deluxe edition last October. (Consequence of Sound)
