Lindsay Lohan will star in and executive produce Hulu’s upcoming drama series, Count My Lies, based on the novel by Sophie Stava. The series follows a compulsive liar who becomes a nanny for the secretive Lockhart family, leading to explosive revelations. Lohan will play the mother of the family. Her involvement in the series follows her return to acting in recent years after a long hiatus, with recent projects including Netflix’s Falling for Christmas and two rom-coms. Lohan will also appear in the sequel to Freaky Friday. Stava serves as a producer on the Hulu adaptation, while Isaac Aptaker and Elizabeth Berger, known for their work on This Is Us, are behind the script. (Variety)
