The X-Files star David Duchovny will host and executive produce the new History Channel series Secrets Declassified, delving into the government’s most secretive and mind-blowing declassified activities throughout history. “I’ve always been drawn to explorations of the more complicated aspects of our lives, leaning into conversations that dig below the surface and unlock a more interesting story,” Duchovny said in a statement. Henry Winkler, Mike Wolfe, and Ving Rhames also have their own History series in the works, while Tyler Perry is working on a documentary series about the Judd family for Lifetime. (THR)
