Flogging Molly has been forced to cancel all of their upcoming 2025 shows due to frontman Dave King‘s “serious health condition.” In an Instagram post announcing their tour cancellation, the band asked fans for “any good thoughts or prayers you can send Dave’s way.” They confirmed that some members of the group will still attend their upcoming four-day festival-at-sea, Salty Dog Cruise, which was set to embark on February 17. The band requested privacy for their “fearless leader” and his wife, Bridget Regan, who also performs in the group. They promised to provide updates on King’s health condition when available, “We will share as we can.” The Salty Dog Cruise will proceed as planned with 18 bands on board – including the Living End, FIDLAR, the Devil Makes Three, Me First and the Gimme Gimmes, and Mariachi El Bronx – but Flogging Molly’s subsequent Road to Rebellion Tour has been completely cancelled, with fans advised to seek refunds at the point of purchase.
