In anticipation of the upcoming fifth and final season of Stranger Things, Netflix unveiled the episode titles yesterday to mark this year’s “Stranger Things Day,” commemorating the date in 1983 when Will Byers disappeared. The eight episodes are titled “The Crawl,” “The Vanishing of _____,” “The Turnbow Trap,” “Sorcerer,” “Shock Jock,” “Escape From Camazotz,” “The Bridge,” and “The Rightside Up.” While the teaser hinted at a fall 1987 setting, the exact 2025 release date remains unknown. Season five is expected to pick up shortly after the events of the season four finale, which involves a pivotal role for Will, a time jump, and the return of the villain Vecna. (THR)
