Amazon MGM Studios is developing a new Jack Ryan feature film with series star John Krasinski set to return along with Wendell Pierce and Michael Kelly. Directed by Andrew Bernstein and written by Aaron Rabin, who both worked on the show, the film will mark the next chapter in the storied franchise about the Tom Clancy-created CIA hero. Harrison Ford, Alec Baldwin, Chris Pine, and Ben Affleck have also portrayed the character onscreen in hit action movies going back to the early 90s, like The Hunt For Red October and Patriot Games. The Amazon series has been a top-three most-watched show globally on Prime Video across its four seasons. (Variety)
