Scammers use their images for practices such as selling fake movie or song downloads, celebrity-endorsed products, cryptocurrency offers, and concert tickets, occasionally employing deepfake videos for identity theft purposes. McAfee warns of the increasing risks posed by cybercriminals leveraging advanced AI tools to create convincing scams, emphasizing the importance of vigilance and caution when encountering suspicious online content.
