In a billboard promotional campaign rolled out on Saturday (September 28), Oasis teased another big announcement regarding their upcoming reunion tour. Fans have speculated that the Britpop legends are finally revealing U.S. tour dates and international stops on their current run of reunion shows. The billboards featured Oasis’ current black-and-white promo photos of brothers Noel and Liam Gallagher, along with the enticing message, “Be careful what you wish for,” followed by the date and time, “Monday, 8AM ET.” Fans were able to figure out that two of the cities in the billboard photos were taken in Toronto and Chicago, hinting that those two cities will be included in the tour announcement. Earlier this month, Oasis first hinted at possible American dates on their reunion tour with a Times Square billboard again featuring a photo of the Gallagher brothers, along with the message, “If we need to put up a billboard to get these guys to come to the States, here it is.” (Billboard)
