Deftones have once again collaborated with Belching Beaver brewery to release a new Bored Blueberry Wheat Ale. The alt-metal band’s Bored beer is named after the lead track on Deftones’ 1995 debut album, Adrenaline. The specialty brew will be available at all Belching Beaver taprooms beginning on Friday, August 9th, and can also be ordered online via Craft Shack. Bored Blueberry Wheat Ale is flavored with blueberries and a hint of vanilla, and has a 4.5% ABV. Deftones’ Bored beer is another release in a long line of collaborations between the rock band and Belching Beaver brewery over the years, which includes Phantom Bride IPA, Swerve City IPA, and Good Morning Beautiful brown ale. Deftone just played a high profile set at Lollapalooza last weekend, ahead of their big upcoming show with System of a Down at Golden Gate Park in San Francisco on August 17th. (Consequence of Sound)
