Victoria Canal, the singer-songwriter best known as a protege of Chris Martin of Coldplay, has denied the “bonkers” rumors about her dating Tom Cruise. She emphasized that while Cruise is a “lovely person & artist,” they are not romantically involved. But she noted that one “huge perk” of the gossip is that it marks the “first time I’m Spanish-American singer Victoria Canal and not one-armed pianist whose name remains unmentioned!!!!” She added, “there’s always a win somewhere, thanks Tom.” Canal was seen traveling in a helicopter with Cruise in London on July 12th, the same week he also gave her a ride to the Twisters premiere.
