Drake was spotted at a party hosted by Canadian TV personality over the weekend with a new face tattoo. Photographer Brent Kore took a photo showing the word “miskeen” above the rapper's right brow bone. Drake has explained the meaning yet, but “miskeen” is a Toronto slang term and is also used in both Arabic and Amharic, an Ethiopian Semitic language. It means “a pathetic person or situation.” This isn’t his first face tattoo, he also has his mother’s initials under his left eye. Drake just surprise-released his latest project, For All The Dogs: Scary Hours Edition, on Friday.
