GODSMACK HAS WRITTEN 12 NEW SONGS: Sully Erna says that Godsmack has written 12 songs in the last three weeks. Erna tells The VR Sessions’ Riff On It that he recently moved the studio Godsmack had been using in New England down to his new place in Fort Meyers, Florida, where they have been working. The band’s frontman added that he’s currently taking the time to “catch up and start writing melodies to some of these instrumentals that we have.”
BLACK VEIL BRIDES DELAY ALBUM RELEASE: Black Veil Brides are pushing back the release of The Phantom Tomorrow from June 4th to October 29th. The group’s frontman Andy Biersack issued a statement, explaining that production delays caused by the Covid-19 pandemic would prohibit the band from releasing vinyl records, other physical media and a comic book series in June. However, he added that “live music is happening sooner than you think so there will be lots of announcements coming.”
