Serayah has ended her engagement and relationship with Joey Bada$$. In an Instagram statement posted Monday, Aug. 24, the actress and singer said she made the decision after what she described as repeated infidelity throughout their relationship, including during especially vulnerable and meaningful periods of her life.
In the same announcement, Serayah said she was sharing the reason for the breakup without seeking sympathy or retaliation. She also made clear that she does not plan to discuss additional private details publicly.
The former couple shares a son, and Serayah said protecting his privacy, peace, and relationship with both parents will remain her priority. The pair first met in 2021 and began dating in 2022. They welcomed their son in June 2025 and announced their engagement the following month.
