The Beach Boys announced on Monday (November 24) that they will celebrate the 60th anniversary of their iconic album, Pet Sounds, with a major open-air show at London’s Royal Hospital Chelsea on June 14, 2026. The show will be part of the Live At Chelsea concert series that is making a return after a four-year hiatus. This will be one of the band’s first performances following the recent death of frontman Brian Wilson, with the group now led by co-founder and lyricist Mike Love, alongside longtime member Bruce Johnston, musical director Brian Eichenberger, Christian Love, Tim Bonhomme, Jon Bolton, Keith Hubacher, Randy Leago, and John Wedemeyer. Ticket pre-sales start on Wednesday (November 26), followed by a general on-sale on Friday (November 28), with a portion of proceeds supporting the Chelsea Pensioners. The Proclaimers are also confirmed as headliners for the summer series on June 13, with more acts to be announced. (NME)
