Metal Allegiance, the hard rock supergroup featuring core members David Ellefson (ex-Megadeth), Mike Portnoy (Dream Theater), Alex Skolnick (Testament), and Mark Menghi (King Ultramega), has announced a special one-off concert on January 22, 2026, at the House of Blues in Anaheim, California. The show will feature the band performing metal classics alongside guest artists including Chuck Billy (Testament), John Bush (ex-Anthrax, Armored Saint), Doc Coyle (God Forbid), William DuVall (Alice in Chains), Jack Gibson (Exodus), Gary Holt (Slayer, Exodus), Andreas Kisser (Sepultura), and Troy Sanders (Mastodon), in addition to opening sets by Chained Saint, Red Reign, and Lost Legacy. “It’s that time of year again,” said Portnoy. “The annual Metal Allegiance Bash in Anaheim is always the metal event of the year and 2026 will surely continue that tradition! I absolutely love jamming and hanging with my metal brothers and sisters again!” Ticket pre-sale begins Wednesday (October 15), followed by general on-sale Friday (October 17), with VIP meet-and-greet packages available.
