Paul Gallagher, the 59-year-old older brother of Oasis stars Liam and Noel Gallagher, has been arrested and charged in the UK with multiple serious offenses. The charges against Gallagher include rape, coercive and controlling behaviour, three counts of sexual assault, three counts of intentional strangulation, two counts of making a threat to kill, and assault occasioning actual bodily harm. The charges relate to a series of alleged incidents involving a woman between 2022 and 2024. Paul, a photographer who has also been listed as Oasis’ “Tour DJ” in the programme for their Live ‘25 reunion tour, is due to appear at a preliminary court hearing on August 27. Representatives for Oasis and the Gallagher brothers have yet to release an official statement on the situation. Meanwhile, Oasis kicked-off their five-night stand at London’s Wembley Stadium over the weekend, and have three more dates scheduled at the historic venue on July 30 and August 2-3.
