In a new interview with Blabbermouth, drummer Chris Adler revealed that he hasn’t spoken to his brother Willie, Lamb of God’s guitarist, since he was fired from the Virginia heavy metal band back in 2019. Chris describes their relationship as “estranged,” while revealing that he was let go from the band in an email, which “was as big of a shock to me.” “I guess the best way to put it is that I was sideswiped with the whole thing,” Chris said of the experience, before revealing the current status of his relationship with his brother. “I wish him all the best; I’m wishing them all the best, and I think about him all the time, but I would say we are estranged. Since that e-mail that I got, where he was not even willing to talk to me about it, we haven’t spoken.” Chris has gone on to form a new band, Firstborne, while Lamb of God continues to tour and release music with Art Cruz taking over on drums.
