‘Deadpool & Wolverine,’ ‘Thunderbolts*’ & ‘The Last of Us’ Lead Critics Choice Super Awards

The superhero, sci-fi, fantasy, horror, and action genres take center stage at the fifth annual Critics Choice Super Awards, with Deadpool & Wolverine and Thunderbolts* leading the film nominations with six nods each. Deadpool & Wolverine stars Hugh Jackman and Ryan Reynolds are recognized for best actor in a superhero movie, while Jennifer Garner and Emma Corrin earned best actress nominations. The Thunderbolts* cast also shines, with David Harbour, Lewis Pullman, Julia Louis-Dreyfus, and Florence Pugh receiving acting nominations, and Pullman up for best villain. On the TV side, The Last of Us leads with six nominations, including best superhero and horror series.
