Liman warned Baldoni’s team of “sanctions” if they continue abusing court filings. Lively’s lawyers refuted the accusations as an attempt to tarnish her reputation through legal proceedings, and Swift has thus far shot down every attempt by Baldoni to drag her into the legal battle.
