Padma Lakshmi To Host New Cooking Competition Series ‘America’s Culinary Cup’

Chef and TV personality Padma Lakshmi will host and create the new CBS series America’s Culinary Cup, blending high-stakes kitchen competition with the American spirit. Premiering in the 2025-2026 season, the show will challenge top chefs in creativity, endurance, and leadership. “We’re inviting elite chefs from across the country to represent their unique culinary style and battle it out,” said Lakshmi. “This competition echoes the thrill of sports and the American spirit as we cheer on our favorite chefs.’” Lakshmi, a 16-time Emmy nominee, left Bravo’s Top Chef in 2023 to focus on other endeavors.
