Brian Austin Green, 51, recently underwent emergency surgery for a perforated appendix at Providence Cedars-Sinai in Los Angeles. After experiencing stomach pains, he sought medical attention and was promptly admitted for surgery. “They got me in right away, got me right into surgery,” Green said. “The aftercare was phenomenal. When I tell you every single person who was there was incredibly kind and loving and supportive and helpful — I just want to send a shoutout to them.” He added that he’s “on the road to recovery. It’s not an easy process. This is my first surgery — first major surgery.” Green previously battled with ulcerative colitis and vertigo. (EW)
