The band thrilled the crowd with classic hits like “Say It Ain’t So” and “Beverly Hills,” before surprising the crowd with a cover of Metallica‘s “Enter Sandman.” While Weezer’s 45-minute afternoon set was well-received by their die-hard fans, the performance was overshadowed by the controversial arrest of Jillian Lauren Shriner, who was booked for attempted murder last week following a shootout with police in the Eagle Rock neighborhood of Los Angeles.
