Sesame Street is celebrating their 55th season this year, and the beloved children’s educational program features an impressive lineup of special guests scheduled. On Thursday (April 10), Sesame Street shared a new performance by the Grammy-winning, chart-topping R&B star, SZA, who sings the heartwarming new song, “Be Kind To Me, Be Kind To You,” alongside celebrated characters Elmo, Abby, and Gabrielle. “Thank you to our friend Ms. SZA for teaching us about gratitude. We are grateful for you!” writes the Sesame Street gang. The 55th season also includes appearances from Noah Kahan, Chris Stapleton, Renee Rapp, Michael B. Jordan, Samara Joy, Jonathan Van Ness, and Billie Jean King, with the show airing on local PBS stations and the PBS Kids Video app. “New episodes of Sesame Street will help young viewers understand and express their feelings, learn new mindfulness practices, and as always, have a blast with their favorite furry and funny friends,” said Sal Perez, the show’s executive producer.
