The incident caused Smith’s Sao Paulo concert to abruptly come to an end. The 78-year-old musician confirmed she was checked by a doctor and is “absolutely fine,” and requested her fans not to make too much of the brief ailment. “With all the strife in the world, this explainable incident does not merit so much attention,” Smith shared. “Thank you everyone for your concern.
