Venom: The Last Dance claimed the top spot at the box office with $51 million, well below expectations. While the film struggled in North America, international audiences have propelled its global start to $175 million, with $124 million coming from overseas. In contrast, Smile 2 dropped to second place, earning $9.6 million, while the new Vatican-set drama Conclave exceeded expectations, opening at No. 3 with $6.5 million. Meanwhile, The Wild Robot and We Live In Time maintained their fourth and fifth positions in the box office rankings, with the latter expanding its reach to over 1,900 theaters and accumulating a total of $11.7 million in earnings so far.
