In a recent interview with Rolling Stone, Stevie Nicks shared her current thoughts about her former Fleetwood Mac bandmate and one-time boyfriend Lindsey Buckingham. Nicks reveals that even the tragic passing of Christine McVie couldn’t bring about a reconciliation between the two feuding exes. A celebration of McVie’s life was held at Nobu, and Nicks could only stand talking to Buckingham for a few tense minutes. “I dealt with Lindsey for as long as I could,” Nicks shared. “You could not say that I did not give him more than 300 million chances. I hope he lives a long life and continues to go into a studio and work with other people.” Nicks also officially squashed persistent rumors of a possible Fleetwood Mac farewell tour. “You know there is no more Fleetwood Mac now,” Nicks said. “Because when Christine died, Fleetwood Mac died. We cannot replace her.” (Consequence of Sound)
