Joey Lawrence’s wife, Samantha, has filed for divorce, and is seeking sole physical custody of their daughter — with Joey having visitation rights only at her discretion. She also requested to block the court’s ability to award either of them spousal support. Signs of trouble in the marriage emerged when Lawrence was seen without his wedding ring in August during a family trip to Jamaica, from which Cope was absent. The couple tied the knot in May of 2022, and welcomed their daughter in January 2023. They met in while filming the Lifetime movie My Husband’s Secret Brother in 2021. (People)
