Johnny Wactor’s Cause of Death Revealed, GoFundMe Passes $90,000

The Los Angeles County Medical Examiner-Coroner has ruled the cause of General Hospital actor Johnny Wactor’s death as a gunshot wound to the chest and his manner of death as a homicide. Wactor was killed on May 25th when he encountered three armed car thieves who were attempting to steal his catalytic converter from his vehicle. A GoFundMe campaign initiated by Wactor’s godmother, Michaelle Kinard, has surpassed $90,000 in donations to support the family. Wactor was 37 years old and had appeared in over 160 episodes of General Hospital, in addition to various other television credits. The LAPD has asked for the public’s help locating the suspects.
