The Lizzo treatment – listening to her music five times a day – was prescribed to the South Park character, Cartman, a move that won’t result in any weight loss, but will cause him to “no longer care about weight.” Cartmen dismissed it later in the episode, saying, “Rich people get Ozempic, poor people get body positivity.” Lizzo recorded her reaction to the show on TikTok, proudly responding, “I just feel like, damn, I’m really that b*tch.
