Jackass mastermind Johnny Knoxville is facing a lawsuit for alleged negligence and battery. A former employee named Daniel Curry claims Knoxville “chased down and tased” him without provocation during a 2022 incident on the set of The Prank Panel. The complaint states that the attack resulted in physical injuries, as well as career damage after producers “collectively acted to ‘blacklist'” him. Curry is seeking $1.75 million for loss of earnings and damages. The lawsuit also alleges that Curry received intimidating messages from Knoxville. A previous legal action was filed by another individual against Knoxville for a similar incident on the set of The Prank Panel. (EW)
