50 Cent has become only the second rapper ever to gross over $100 million on a single tour. 50 Cent’s 2023 jaunt, The Final Lap Tour, grossed the G-Unit superstar $103.6 million, with 1.05 million total tickets sold worldwide over his 83-show run. 50 Cent joins Canadian rap icon Drake as the only two hip hop artists to ever break $100 million on a single tour, with Drake achieving the record twice. Throughout his career, 50 Cent has grossed $150.3 million and has sold 2.5 million tickets, placing him at eighth on Billboard’s list of the highest-grossing rap acts of all-time. To celebrate the milestone, 50 took to his Instagram page to share the sales figures for his tour, while also encouraging other rappers to reach for those commercial heights: “You up next you can do it too, let’s work, GLG.” (Complex)
