Jennifer Aniston and her production company, Echo Films, are developing a re-imagining of the 1980 workplace comedy 9 to 5. The script is being developed by Oscar-winner Diablo Cody, known for movies like Juno and Jennifer’s Body. While plot details haven’t been revealed yet, the original film starred Jane Fonda, Lily Tomlin, and Dolly Parton as they team up against their sexist boss. There have long been rumors of a sequel with the original cast, but no script has satisfied the actors so far. “If you don’t have the script, you can’t start,” Fonda admitted last year.
