An alleged stalker was arrested while trying to break into Taylor Swift's apartment on Saturday. The New York Police Department confirmed that officers responded to the scene after receiving concerned calls about a “disorderly person” seen loitering around the building’s entryway. “Upon arrival, police were informed that the individual attempted to open a door to a building at the location,” the spokesperson said. And this wasn't the first time. Neighbors reported that the man had been hanging around for weeks “sleeping on the stoop, chain-smoking constantly, shouting, and generally making everyone uncomfortable.” Another neighbor claims the man openly admitted that he was there hoping to see Swift, and even brought her flowers at one point. Swift hasn't commented, but was likely home at the time.
