Sean Combs Accused Of Rape By Singer Cassie In New Lawsuit

Sean 'Diddy' Combs is being sued by R&B singer Cassie (real name is Cassandra Ventura), who accuses him of rape and years of abuse. “After years in silence and darkness, I am finally ready to tell my story, and to speak up on behalf of myself and for the benefit of other women who face violence and abuse in their relationships,” Ventura, who was once on Diddy's label, said in a statement. She goes on to say Diddy threatened to withhold her music, pushed her to use ecstasy and ketamine, and beat her, including giving her black eyes and paying off hotels to keep the abuse secret. Elsewhere in the lawsuit, she alleges that he might also have been responsible for Kid Cudi‘s car exploding after she dated him. Diddy “vehemently” denies the allegations, with his lawyers essentially calling it a shakedown.
