Britney Spears Calls Jamie Lynn Spears ‘Scum’

Jamie Lynn Spears may be a best-selling author, but to her sister, she’s just “scum.”

After the Zoe 101 alum shared on Instagram that her memoir, Things I Should Have Said, is a national best seller, Britney Spears clapped back.

In a now deleted post, originally shared on Friday (Jan. 28th), the “Toxic” singer wrote, “National best seller ???? DUH rolling eyes emoji. The timing of your book was unbelievable Jamie Lynn … especially knowing the whole world had no clue what was really done to me !!!!”

She continued, “I wish you would take a lie detector test so all these masses of people see you're lying through your teeth about me !!!! I wish the almighty, Lord would could come down and show this whole world that you're lying and making money off of me !!!! You are scum, Jamie Lynn.”

Earlier this month, Britney had her lawyer send the younger Spears a cease-and-desist letter claiming the book contains “misleading or outrageous claims” about the singer.
