Guns N’ Roses have rolled out the rescheduled North American dates for this summer and fall — with Wolfgang Van Halen's band, Mammoth MVH set to open throughout the tour.
Rolling Stone reported the mainly stadium trek, which now has a whopping 14 newly announced stops, kicks off on July 31st in Hershey, Pennsylvania at Hersheypark Stadium and winds down over two nights — October 2nd and 3rd — at Hollywood, Florida's Hard Rock Live Arena.
We asked Duff McKagan a while back why he thinks the music of the original Guns N' Roses lineup was so important when it came out: “We were just five like-minded guys, who met at the right time, who had pretty much the same idea on how we wanted to portray our music and what we thought a band should be. I suppose, to put a term on it, we were disenfranchised youth. And those songs, eventually, spoke to, I guess, a whole legion of other disenfranchised youth, and it just caught fire.”
