JOHN LEGEND CHRISSY TEIGEN DROPS ASKING PRICE ON BEVERLY HILLS HOME: John Legend and Chrissy Teigen have lowered the asking price for their Beverly Hills mansion by $6 million. According to Page Six, the couple first listed the home last summer for $23.95 million and dropped the price slowly over the past year. It is now listed at $17.95 million. Legend, 42, and Teigen, 35, first purchased the home (formerly owned by Rihanna) in 2016 for $14.1 million.
