Olivia Rodrigo is dying to get into the studio with Taylor Swift.
The “Drivers License” singer told Travis Mills, “I would just love to just be in a studio with Taylor. I don't even have to write with her; I just want to watch how she does it because I just think she's such a genius.”
The High School Musical: The Musical: The Series star also looks up to Gwen Stefani and sang her praises for the song “Simple Kind of Life” by No Doubt.
Rodrigo called the Stefani “one of my favorite songwriters ever” and said, “She's just so brutally honest and emotional and I'm obsessed with her. So this is one of my favorite No Doubt tracks.”
Rodrigo’s single, “Drivers License” is currently No. 1 on Billboard’s Hot 100 for the fifth straight week. It is the first song to clock that much time at the top of the chart since Ariana Grande’s “7 Rings” in 2019.
