Coming on Friday, (February 12th) is Rod Stewart's new Valentine's Day digital release, titled, Cupid. The 16-track love-themed compilation mixes some of Rod's best-known ballads with five rarities that have never been available digitally until now. In celebration of the release, a new Valentine's Day-themed Instagram filter with audio from the song “Cupid” will make its debut, along with a new lyric video.
Cupid includes such standards as “Tonight's The Night (Gonna Be Alright),” “The First Cut Is The Deepest,” and “You're In My Heart (The Final Acclaim)” — along with the collection's title song, “Cupid,” which was a bonus track taken from the expanded edition of 2001's Human.
Among the rarities on the set are the fan favorite B-sides: “Love In The Right Hands,” which accompanied the unplugged version of “Reason To Believe” in 1993, and “One Night,” which was the flip side to “Have I Told You Lately.”
