Coronavirus be damned — Sammy Hagar is still going to celebrate his birthday with yet another bash for fans. Ultimate Classic Rock reported that although the “Red Rock's” annual birthday party at the Cabo Wabo Cantina in Cabo San Lucas can't happen safely, the party is going virtual for the first time. Sammy Hagar and The Circle will be performing on California's Catalina Island and the festivities — complete with “surprise” guests — will be broadcast as part of a pay-per-view event.
The bash will be filmed on October 8th, and is set to stream on Saturday, October 17th at 3 p.m. ET. The HD stream is priced at $24.99, with the 4K stream running $49.99. Pre-sale tickets go on sale on October 6th via at nugs.tv.
