NICKI MINAJ'S HUSBAND ASK JUDGE FOR PERMISSION TO BE AT CHILD'S BIRTH
Nicki Minaj's husband Kenneth Petty has asked the judge to allow him to be at the hospital when his wife gives birth to their child. According to TMZ, Petty submitted legal docs, asking the judge to modify the terms of pretrial release conditions so he can travel with Nicki periodically on business as her manager and attend the upcoming birth of their baby. Kenneth said the U.S. Attorney’s Office and pretrial services office don’t oppose his request, so now it’s up to the judge to sign off.
As previously reported, Kenneth had to register as a sex offender in the state of California as he was arrested for failing to do so when he moved there with Nicki. The terms of his pretrial release includes that Kenneth Petty has a curfew and his travel is restricted to California.
