Kanye West's Yeezy brand reportedly received at least $2 million in federal aid as a result of the coronavirus pandemic. According to the Hollywood Reporter, the brand was granted a loan between $2 million and $5 million through the Paycheck Protection Program (PPP). The company told the Small Business Administration that it saved 160 jobs because of the program.
In other news, TMZ has reported that West recently filed paperwork to trademark the phrase “West Day Ever.” It was reported that he did it the same day his Gap partnership was announced.
