BRITNEY SPEARS WANTS TO INSPIRE PEOPLE WITH YOGA AMID CORONAVIRUS CRISIS: Britney Spears posted a video on her Instagram on Wednesday to address the coronavirus crisis. “With the corona disease going around, which is absolutely horrendous and crazy and so scary for our nation right now, I think it’s important personally for us to all try and stay with people that lift your frequency to a higher ground,” she explained. She went on to note that every day, she will be sharing a yoga pose on social media “to inspire others for us to stay healthy and safe and to be better people.”
PUSSYCAT DOLLS POSTPONE COMEBACK TOUR OVER CORONAVIRUS PANDEMIC: The Pussycat Dolls are putting their reunion tour on hold for a few months. The group announced on Wednesday that the 15-date tour was postponed due to the global coronavirus pandemic. “Following the latest government advice we are very sad to announce that we are postponing our upcoming UK and Ireland tour,” the Pussycat Dolls said in a statement. The dates have been rescheduled for October into November with original tickets remaining valid.
‘STRANGER THINGS’ STAR MAYA HAWKE ANNOUNCES DEBUT ALBUM RELEASE FOR JUNE: Maya Hawke is getting ready to release more new music. The 21-year-old Stranger Things star and daughter of Uma Thurman and Ethan Hawke has announced that her debut album, Blush, is due for release on June 19th, 2020. Maya, who wrote the lyrics, continued her collaboration with Grammy Award-winning songwriter Jesse Harris, who wrote the music for the album. To coincide with the announcement, Maya has released the album’s first single, “By Myself,” and its accompanying music video. Maya will be donating a portion of the proceeds from all merch sales to The Food Bank for New York City.
